The Story
Savoy residence & spa is located in the old town of Tvrđa. Our vision is to provide guests with an unforgettable visit to the city of Osijek. In the old Tvrđa which is the main tourist attraction in our region and beyond. There are museums, restaurants, cafes and it is known for its urban nightlife. Our idea was to build a luxurious and comfortable residence near all Osijek’s historical & must-see attractions.

Our cafe is located on the square in the old Tvrđa. Huge beautiful terrace & inside place which is great for enjoying and drinking coffee. Not far from our residence.

Searching for a place to celebrate? We have the perfect place for you! our estate is an ideal place for celebrations. Surrounded by nature and separated from the village. Our lake is only 20 minutes away from the center of Osijek
LAKE HOUSE - ČEPIN
Our property offers a large parking lot a spacious meadow that is ideal for children to play. We also have bungalows right next to the lake where you can sleep.

Our hunting ground counts 10.000 + hectares. We are proudly say that we are one of the best hunting ground in this region.
