Return and refund rules

General

These rules define the conditions for booking, cancellation, refunds and procedures in case of guest no-show for accommodation at Savoy Residence & Spa.

By making a reservation and making a payment through the website, the guest confirms that he is familiar with these rules, that he fully understands them and that he accepts them unconditionally.

Reservation confirmation and payment

The reservation is considered finally confirmed only at the moment of successful payment through the website.

Savoy Residence & Spa is not responsible for failed or partially completed transactions that are not recorded as successfully completed.

After successful payment, the guest receives a confirmation of the reservation via e-mail, and the guest is obliged to check the accuracy of all information from the confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Once payment has been made, the reservation cannot be cancelled without a fee.

The amount paid is considered non-refundable, except in exceptional cases approved solely and at the sole discretion of Savoy Residence & Spa.

Any change of dates or reservations depends solely on availability and is not guaranteed.

No show

In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the reservation is considered to be used in full.

The entire amount paid is retained and there is no right to a refund, regardless of the reason for the no-show.

The property reserves the right to make the accommodation unit available again.

Early departure

In the event that the guest terminates their stay before the planned departure date, they are not entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the reservation, regardless of the reason for departure.

Unused services

Savoy Residence & Spa is not responsible for unused services or part of the stay and no refunds are possible for these.

Force majeure and extraordinary circumstances 

In the event of extraordinary circumstances including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, technical failures, power or water outages, security reasons or other unforeseen circumstances, Savoy Residence & Spa reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the reservation.

In such cases, the property may, but is not obligated to, offer an alternative date or a partial or full refund.

Guest responsibility

The guest is responsible for the accuracy of all information during the reservation.

Savoy Residence & Spa is not responsible for the consequences caused by incorrect or incomplete data entered by the guest.

Rejection of reservation and termination of stay

Savoy Residence & Spa reserves the right to refuse or terminate a guest’s stay without refund in case of violation of house rules, inappropriate behavior, damage to property or endangering the safety of other guests or staff.

Refund

In the case where the refund is approved, it is executed exclusively using the same payment method that was used to make the payment, within 7 to 14 working days.

Savoy Residence & Spa is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

Final Provisions

Savoy Residence & Spa reserves the right to change these rules at any time without prior notice.

All reservations are subject to the rules valid at the time the reservation is made.

In the event of a dispute, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia is competent.

Effectiveness

These rules come into force on the date of publication on the website and apply to all bookings made after that date.
